As of Saturday May 11th, 2013 all SPAM that the server has identified as SPAM will no longer be placed in your Inbox. Instead a folder called “Junk E-mail” will be created that the Spam the spam will be placed into.
If you are using POP3 instead of IMAP and are downloading your mail you will not see the SPAM folder unless you log-in to our webmail system to access the mail on the server. 99.999% of the mail identified as SPAM by the server is actually SPAM so you have a very small percentage of finding good mail in the Junk E-mail folder. If you do not want this service please contact us and we will disable it for your account.
Also, if your previous junk mail folder was named “Junk eMail” we have renamed it to “Junk E-mail” to be consistent with outlook.
